Often times, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.
Made to Order vs. Pre-Made
Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready while the made-to-order products usually take 1-2 weeks but can take between 2-3 weeks to be created for you.

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to order.

All items under 1 pound are shipped by first class mail. If you would like to choose a
different class for faster shipping please do so at check out.
If you need an express shipping please contact us at
MissDi Kreations is not responsible for damage that occurs
during shipping. If your item(s) arrive damage please contact us
at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a picture of the
damaged item(s) and the box it arrived in. You have up to 5 days
to send us this information. We will initiate a
claim with USPS. Once the claim is processed we will be able to replace your item.
We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 2-3 weeks to be handmade.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective,
or there is a mistake on the item(s).

All items will be replaced if deemed there was a mistake made.
Certain items may be required to be shipped back at customers expense.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or a mistake was made on the customization. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a picture of the item(s) along with a description of what is wrong with the item(s).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
